COOLING SYSTEMS

ERI Global's fully bio-degradable products, used to protect cooling systems will deliver the following benefits:

Deliver true colloidal technology  ERI Global has the product to safely clean the evaporator and condenser with a food grade chemical, increasing the air flow and efficiency of a cooling system. It is recommended that cooling systems be cleaned every 3-6 months.

ERI Global has a second product that relies on ‘Colloid’ technology to repel any dust, debris or moisture from sitting on the core of the evaporator or condenser. This allows for the cleaning to be done annually without loosing efficiency in the mean time. This saves you money on several levels.

Firstly, the units need cleaning to operate at best levels. Secondly by coating the core and avoiding the interference of dust, debris and moisture, the efficiency of the unit stays at peak for the 12 months saving money on electricity. Additionally, this saves money on cleaning, maintenance, electricity and extends the life of the unit.

The treatment to your cooling system will require a service clean and an air flow test after 12 months, without any further treatment for the next 12 months. This will give you two years of efficient cooling and significant savings.

The last of the savings, is the goal of reducing the average number of defrost cycles in a 24 hour period from eight down to two. This relies on the fact that moisture will not hold to the core and in fact, sheets off the core so it doesn’t freeze and therefore create the need for another defrost cycle. This will also negate the problem of mould building up on the system.

There is a huge energy exchange in a defrost cycle that requires the core to stop cooling, heat up and then re-cool or freeze. If this is happening eight or more times a day, the running cost of the unit will continue to increase. Two defrost cycles a day will show significant immediate savings, not to mention the long term ongoing savings. My goal is to save you a minimum of 10% on the running cost of each unit.

Many tests done by independent engineers in the United States and Australia are showing that this Australian chemical will most often show savings on each treated unit of well in excess of the 10% goal. (Closer to 20%)
